Engagement Pictures

I think something that really represents you, and makes you feel comfortable but also gorgeous!

I know most photos are pictures of people in those long swishy dresses, and they DO photograph well, but if that's just not you, then that's not going to come off looking comfortable.

I was told to have at least one change, but I would have preferred just the one, to be honest, so don't feel restricted by only one outfit - each outfit takes time to get comfortable in, so for me it felt like we were just wasting time we could have been using taking photos.

I think a flowy outfit that the lake breeze catches would be gorgeous

I just typed "Lake Michigan Engagement Photos Fall" into google and so many different types of outfits came up! I recommend trying that and maybe also Pinterest (though I would change the search to "Fall Lakeside Engagement Photos" or something less specific).

I'd think about the weather, your comfort level, and about how the outfit will photograph!! I love pops of color and patterned clothes in engagement photos.
