Engagement Photo Outfits

Wearing something that you're comfortable in that's cohesive with your FS is always a good idea! I found an article on some tips. I hope this helps!

Do you have a special location in mind for your engagement photos yet?

We opted to not do any outfit changes. I choose a floral skirt and sweater. It was only 45 degrees out when we took these! My FH then happened to have a shirt that coordinated well with my outfit. Good luck and have fun with your photos!

We wanted pics in either a Christmas tree farm or the snow so I looked at Pinterest to get inspiration for my outfit. I really liked how the red sweater popped in the pictures and I was able to match my nails and lipstick to it as well.

We did one outfit, where we had them done it was wayyyyy to much work to change somewhere with out being all out in the open lol!

I dont have any full length pictures, but its a forest green maxi dress and he wore a black polo and jeans

Quality is crappy on these for whatever reason but I wore a black jumpsuit from Banana Republic and a silk scarf for some of the photos. We're a fairly casual couple so I felt super comfortable with a hint of glam.

We had some dressed up & the others were casual dressed alike w/ FH last name & a heart

We had a shoot after DH proposed in Breckenridge - then an actual engagement shoot back home with our wedding photographer!

It was novemberAnd we frozeBut so worth it

We did one with baseball team uniforms and one with semi casual outfits

Ours is next weekend! Currently my dress is sitting next to me in pieces, but it will be a white satin underlayer A line with a V neck, and the skirt will have a sheer embroidered organza overlayer (white with little pink rose clusters and some vines) that will be a high-low so it floats out a bit in the back. My fiancee has a nice pair of jeans, a black tank top and a pinky purple plaid shirt that they will wear mostly unbuttoned. We will be on the beach on Cape Cod where they grew up. I dont have shoes yet, but I'm starting to lean towards not wearing any though I will bring some in case we decide to go onto the boardwalk or jetty too.

We are also doing a costumed shoot in the fall with our couple costumes - Harry Potter Fem Lupin and Tonks, and Mass Effect Shepard and Tali.

View Quoted Comment Thank you & no, I’d say it’s true to size. I did utilize the adjustable bra straps however, but that is because I am not top heavy. They can be brought in or loosened.

I am short about 5'3.. Im just hoping it wont be too long. I am not top heavy either so I will probably be doing the same lol.. Thanks for all your help!
