Hello everyone! I have just bought two dresses, both which I love, that I'm considering for my engagement photos. It's going to be in march right around sunset hopefully and I am just looking for opinions on which dress you all like better. I love both, but personally like the green one a little better for the photos only because I feel the flower one might make me look a bit young? However, my FH likes the flower one better for the photos. The green one feels a bit more formal and the other one a bit more light and fun. So what have any of you done and which would you say would look best in your opinions?

I think they are both pretty. Maybe consider the location of your pictures and what would look best. Think about the background and how the outfit will look. Good luck.

They’re both so cute!! I like the green one better in general, but the flower I think might be better for pictures.

I like the flower one. The green one overwhelms your body. You’re so small and that dress is pretty but it’s like swallowing you whole! You look gorgeous in the flowered dress, I’d wear that one

I personally feel like the engagement photos set the TONE for your weeding. What is your theme ? Venue ? What’s your vision ? Knowing all that will help me make a decision which to go with. The GREEN one I I’ve ans it’s formal sends a formal message. The FLOWERS one send a spring or summer wedding vibe ...a rustic vibe .....

It's going to be in November, it's a more classy traditional like feel for the wedding. There will be a large play of flowers at the wedding but it's nothing rustic. It's a modern wedding with main colors being burgundy, champagne pink, and greenery

I like the green one. I like how elegant it looks. I'd save the white one for bachlorette/bridal shower/rehearsal dinner.

I appreciate everyone's advise on this and once I figure out the location, I will pick an outfit. I do think though that I'm going to save the flower one for my Bridal shower just because we are having a tea party and I think it's the perfect tea dress!
