Emergency Ceremony time change how do I notify my guests?

ADVICE ...Due to an unexpected issue at our Venue (possible big noise conflict with a venue next door) we have to move our ceremony time up from 6:30pm to 5:30pm. How would you go about notifying all of the guests. A. Have my wedding "Helper" call each of them. B. Email and text C. A card in the...

ADVICE ...Due to an unexpected issue at our Venue (possible big noise conflict with a venue next door) we have to move our ceremony time up from 6:30pm to 5:30pm. How would you go about notifying all of the guests. A. Have my wedding "Helper" call each of them. B. Email and text C. A card in the mail D. ANOTHER SUGGESTION. I'm panicking and irritated. Lol wedding is 8/24!

    Thanks ladies for the advice. Finishing the note/update ill be mailing out tomorrow to all the guest and following up via mail/text/phone etc. NOT HAPPY about the additional stamp $$$$!!!! WAS NOT IN BUDGET lol

    Kayla it actually worked out great. I took the time to type up a nice small note regarding the change. I printed it on a cute note card that somewhat matched my invites and mailed them out to everyone. It did cost me extra stamp $ but I was okay with that because I knew that everyone on my list received my invitation so they would also receive my update. Where as some times people do not check their emails. I also sent a nice text message a week later just reminding everyone they should have received an update in the mail. Everyone was there on time for the wedding. No issues at all! Congratulations on your up coming wedding!!!
