Many couples are doing a small elopement with streaming available for those who cannot attend. We actually used video chatting for DH's grandfather to join, as his health did not permit it, and it was truly a wonderful way to include him.

Hi Kristy! A lot of couples are still going forward with a private ceremony!! I'd just triple check that your county clerk is still issuing marriage licenses right now! (Some county clerk offices have restricted hours or require appointments right now)
