Dropping middle names or maiden names? Keeping all?

I'm trying to figure out which name I'm going drop when I take FH's name. At first, I thought I would become Amber Hinton Nelson. Then, my mom told me that she kept her middle name, got rid of the maiden and became Judith Ann Hinton. I've thought about keeping all of my names which would be crazy...

I've thought about keeping all of my names which would be crazy since I have 2 middles. My name would become Amber Marie Malvina Hinton Nelson....what a mouthful lol! Then again, my great-grandmother's name was May Louise Vista Viola Dorianne Bailey Hinton!

What are you ladies choosing to do?

Keeping my middle, dropping my maiden. I have the same middle name as my father and grandfather so it has equal meaning as my last.

I'm my dad's only child so I plan to keep both names & add his last name. FH isn't too fond of it but oh well!

Keeping my middle name, dropping my last. Never imagined doing it differently (FH has a long last name, so even though mine is only 4 letters, Rabs-Evangelista just does not sound good to me).

I do not want to get rid of my maiden name. It's my great grandmothers and grandmothers first name, so it means a lot to me. But I also don't want to get rid of my maiden name because obviously that name holds a lot of importance to me. I don't like how my maiden and new name will sound hyphenated so I might do two middle names and put my maiden as the second one and just got by my new name. So at least it's still a part of me.

Dropping my last name. Cause going Christina Marie Williams DeLance would be way to much, I've always wanted a shorter name since I was a kid learning to spell & write my name lol

I'll be dropping my maiden and taking FH last name. My brother already has two boys to keep our name alive and FH is the last Baker in his family..Baker it is!

I have two middle names too. My maiden name is my daughters middle name so I really want to keep it so we share a name it I think my parents would be upset if I dropped my middle name. So I'm leaning towards Chanel Ellen Marie Millon Newsome.

I am going to keep my middle name and drop my last name. My last name belongs to a father that I haven't seen since I was 6 anyway, not the father who raised me (my step-dad). I never wanted to be adopted and change my name even though my brothers did because I was a pre-teen and didn't want to change my name and have people think I was weird HAHA. Middle schoolers!

I also love my middle name and I'm named after a grandmother and a great-grandmother, so it's really special to me. I'd like to pass it down also.

Bonus points: My initials will be exactly the same after I'm married as my maiden initials Smiley smile
