Happy tuesday everyone! I just need some ideas. My cousin (who is a bridesmaid) just told me she is pregnant and due 2 weeks after my wedding. She feels bad for dropping, but I understand completely. We were wondering if theres anything else she could do to still be involved in the wedding. Thanks...

For everyone asking why she would need to drop out, are you her doctor? This is a medical condition. She's due 2 weeks after. You say all she has to do is show up in a dress and stand up. Easier said than done, especially since her first pregnancy was rough. If I were pregnant, I would probably drop, too, because I am at risk for being high risk, and at 38 some weeks I shouldn't be in front of the wedding, especially standing.

OP, I agree with others, she can just be a guest instead of having role, if she can make it. If she still had something to do, then it would be pretty much be the same work as being a bridesmaid for her. She can be close to you when you're getting ready, do a reading, and she could get involved if she wants with your bridal shower.
