Bring them to the reception. somehow attach them to the favors if putting them at each seat. or clip to the place cards. having menu cards? clip them to those.

i'd have the bartender keep each voucher after a person uses one. BUT, ya do have to be careful for those who use other guests'.

@ binx, I did think of that. I guess the bartender will be assisted by the manager, which was the man that I spoke with. He said that they are very good about noticing people who come back frequently and also said that they can tell when to start cutting people off. I think they will do their best to keep track

The venues isn't strict at all about having/serving alcohol. They said that I can do whatever I want, but they do not allow intoxication. So, like if there's someone stumbling into the bathroom, we may not get our deposit back. That's why I was going to use the drink vouchers, have unlimited champagne and beer, and have the bartender cut people off as needed. The bar will only be open for 4 hours as well.

We did vouchers, for some people, at my daughters reception. We gave them to each person, at the reception itself, in an envelope.
