I loveee my dress! I did not want to take it off!! I got lucky and don’t need any alterations (except a bustle), I’m wearing heels so it won’t be as long.

This is before any alterations. This is when I said yes to the dress.

I got my dress as a sample so I needed to get some things fixed and altered, this picture is before alterations. I took about 6" off the bottom (I'm standing on a bucket in the pic, haha) and brought it in a little around my upper thigh/lower hips for a more dramatic fit and flare. I also fixed the boning in the top because it was a little weird and misshapen from all of the ladies trying it on in the shop.

I'm going to add a simple plain ivory silk belt (about 1" wide) and the cape from the second picture, just for some fun flare. It's so simple and minimalist. My FH is expecting me to wear an A-line dress with lace (b/c I love A-line and lace) and this is the opposite of that. I can't wait to blow his mind!

We're getting married in update NY in a mountain-ish area on FH's Grandmother's property. I think my simple dress will be a nice juxtaposition to the bountiful outdoor beauty of the NY mountains. Less than 1 month, can't wait!

All these are gorgeous! I wish I would've taken a picture in mine but I don't want to have any pictures wearing my dress in my phone just in case my FH comes across them. I don't want him to see me in my dress until the wedding day lol.

Well since you asked this is just a sample size which is why it's so long lol. I won't get it for a few months!

I actually picked mine out today! It’ll be champagne/ivory instead of ivory/ivory like the one pictured. The back straps crisscross too which none of us realized until later (which I love even more!)
