Here are mine! The one first, and the "not the one" second!
Side note: everybody told me to go with the not the one dress, but I dont regret my choice one bit!!!

I kept all the pictures of all the dresses, and this post finally gave me a reason to use them! These are three of the nine that did not make the cut....for multiple reasons.

I originally really liked this one but I'm glad now that I didn't get it because I LOVE the dress I ordered. The ruffle looks funny and it's a very plain dress. Perhaps the most unique feature of this dress is that it has pockets. Seriously a wedding dress with pockets!

The first one didn't fit right . I liked it but it was not made right and didn't want to go though getting fixed and altered so I got another dress. The second one looked good on model but looked maternity like on me. My mom said it looked like a night gown. My moh even thought so but I was so excited while waiting on it she didn't want to hurt my feelings lol

I deleted most of them, but here are two that I kept. The first one was pretty but it kept bunching up around the boob area and drove me crazy. The second picture, my mom picked it out, it looked nice on the hanger but did nothing for my figure, it was a nope... on to the next!

My mom was in Bridal heaven at the shop.
She was taking pics left and right, just loving the experience. The first pic is my moms choice. I hated it but she still wanted a picture. I was not pleased lol

The second was was a no but it was the one that made me feel “Bridal”. That’s the narrative of that photo and my smile.


Third was a really weird one that I hated but again, my mom insisted on pictures hahah

The last dress was my favorite and fit my vibe. I was searching for a reception dress. I just hated the crinoline skirt and full beading. It had to be nixed!

So my best friend (also looking for a wedding dress) and I went to a consignment shop to see if we could find the dresses we wanted for cheaper prices. Then we stumbled upon this beauty. IN THE $30,000 SECTION. I had to try it on just to see what it looked like 😂 it was CUSTOM MADE!! someone chose this!!

Yes, that is a bouquet on my butt!

I sent the pic to my mom and told her I found the one. Bless her heart, she did her best to be supportive 😂😂

Silver dress was pretty on the rack but once I put it on I felt trapped from it being so heavy.

The wide sleeve one I was trying not to laugh I told my mom I felt like a linebacker.

Dress 1: The one I went in to try. It was pretty, but SO HEAVY.
Dress 2: Less heavy. I liked the bottom, but hated the top not having sleeves. Also, I decided I wanted not white.
Dress 3: BOOM. EVERYTHING I WANTED. I got it.

...Dress 4: my MOH begged me to try it on simply because it was from a Disney collection and we figured I should make sure #3 was my dress. I like what it did for my waist but did not like the bust.

Haha I love this discussion post lol!! I haven’t wanted to share my actual dress because I’m worried my fiancé will find it but I’ve got tons of pretty reject pics!! Sorry for so many!

I liked several of those dresses a lot but there was always something I wished I could change about them or felt they were missing. I ended up with a ball gown with an incredible train that somehow isn’t overpowering me since I’m short. I don’t know how but it’s just perfect for me I can’t wait to wear it again!

I wish someone had taken pics in the 2 dresses I didn't pick but these are in the order I tried them on. I went with the third. The first one made me look like a shorter sparkly stuffed sausage. It was horrible. The second one I actually loved but it was a little plain...but it had POCKETS. The 3rd just was soooo me

Dress 1: my mom'schoice. 40lbs of princess poof, completely swallowed me whole. When I took the dress off it literally stood on it's own 😂

Dress 2: it's not an ugly dress per say, I'm sure it looks beautiful on the right body type but it did horrors for my figure lol all the girls hated it and kept joking that the designer ran out of time and just threw fabric on to finish it.

Dress 3: the dress I THOUGHT I wanted. Obsessed over this dress for weeks, then finally tried it on and....whomp.

I fell IN LOVE with an essence of Australia dress that was wayyyy out of my budget. Literally cried over it. Now I look at pics and I'm just like...its pretty but not as good as mine!
