Dress slightly too small

Jennifer, on January 13, 2021 at 9:11 AM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 4
Hi Everyone,

So when I tried on the winning dress, it fit great so they ordered the same size as the sample. Just got the dress in and it’s slightly too small. Possible the sample was stretched out due to people trying it on. It has an illusion back with lace details and buttons all the way up and there is no way to let anything out. The lady told me to be careful working out as to not build back muscles. I’m already broad in the shoulders to begin with, anyone have tips on how to workout so the dress fits better without bulking up?
PS, I weigh the same as I did when I went dress shopping.

I would focus more on cardio and maybe work biceps but not back like she said. Hmmmm maybe consult a personal trainer. I started lifting more too when I was getting wedding ready. I believe you can work bi's and tri's and avoid shoulders and backs. Up the water intake too.

    Thanks Kristen,
I’ve got just under four months to go. I already warned my bridesmaids they will be on button watch. I already popped one at the fitting. Lol.

I would speak to a trainer at a gym and work with them so you’re don’t build bulk on the wrong areas.

LOL those darned buttons. I did not go with a mermaid because I carry weight lower and I did not want my hips to be a problem ha ha ha. Oh those problem areas.
