Dress picked, but... too simple?

When I walked in for my wedding dress appointment, and not wanting to go for flavor of the month wedding dresses, I chose a simple, timeless satin gown. It was the 5th dress I tried, and I immediately knew it was the one.

I'm kinda getting buyer's remorse now and thinking that it's perhaps way too simple and understated! Can I spice it up somehow? I already picked a different veil for it, cathedral with lace embroidered trip. Is there anything else I can do?

PS: The dress here is the sample they had at the showroom, slightly big on me. My actual gown will arrive next month.

I think it's stunning and really draws my eye to you, rather than to a busy dress, but my dress is very simple too so I could be biased. I think you can do whatever you want for jewelry as long as the jewelry all compliments each other. The lace veil sounds lovely!

That is stunning on you! I think that the satin really makes it stand out on its own and doesn't detract from your beauty, but adds to it!

I think it's beautiful the way it is. I love the simplicity of it. I'm with pps, you could carry a statement bouquet for the ceremony and, instead of a belt, you could add just a flower or brooch to the sash.

I really dislike satin, but I LOVE this gown. It's absolutely perfect. Don't change anything! Jewelry will be just enough!

I think the dress is gorgeous and accentuates your beauty so well! I personally do not think it needs to be spiced up, I am assuming you'll have jewelry and I am sure the veil with look amazing too!

That's a timeless look. You can always add bling in your jewelry a belt on your hair. But it's beautiful. Simple is always classy

It's breathtaking on you. Truly. A little bling in the jewelry would be nice but I wouldn't do too much else because then you will take away from the timeless, simple elegance that makes that dress so special.

That is lovely. I think you had a good instinct with your veil. I'd probably just do a blingy bracelet and a colorful bouquet. It'll be stunning.

It's beautiful. My dress was very simple also. If you want to spice it up, a belt, jewelry, shoes, bouquet, are all options.

I think it is so beautiful, but if you want to spice it up you can wear a belt.

It's so classic. I vote no belt. Amazing earrings and a dramatic hairstyle will be just fine.

As long as you like it that is all that matters Smiley smile However, there is nothing wrong with a little bling Smiley smile Maybe get a jeweled belt and veil, and some sparkly jewelry,

I think I tried on a dress very similar to that. I really didn't want a ball gown- but god the dress was stunning.

Very much like the one you're wearing. I think it's timeless classic and elegant- go with a bold lip and great earrings and I think you'll fall all in love with it all over again.

I say keep it. I wouldn't even really add a belt.
