Dress lining

Kylie, on July 8, 2019 at 5:21 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 6

I ordered my dress with the top lined and i have recently seen it unlined and think i like that better, will a seamstress be able to unline it for me?

That'd be more of a question for the seamstress but I would assume so?

Likely yes, it may be expensive thought, depending on the dress construction.

    Hi there Kylie!

When will your dress be in the store? I would recommend once it arrives you bring it to a seamstress and see if this is possible.

If the dress won’t be back for quite some time, you could reach out to some seamstresses with a picture of it and discuss removing the lining.

Do you have a picture of the dress you’re comfortable sharing with us here?

I think a seamstress can definitely do it for you. I would just bring it to whoever will be doing your alterations and discuss your vision.
