Dress fittings schedule

I had my first fitting in mid January, and my next fitting towards the end of March. I was very lucky and able to take my dress home the day of the second fitting.

I asked the boutique multiple times about it being that early but they said that's what they do because they have a super busy alterations department and they want to have time to do it so they start 3 months before.

I'm starting about three months out as well (06/20 is my first), but that's because I bought my dress out of state and will be flying in for my alteration appointments. I didn't want to do them all in such a short span, as it would be harder to schedule flights.

I am starting my dress fittings about 2 1/2 months before our wedding. My first appointment is the 3rd week in July.

My first fitting was March 20, second April 21, and last fitting was May 31. I pick up my dress July 10 for a July 16 wedding.

My first fitting was May 27. Second one is mid June. I can't remember the exact date. I think going back a third time depends on how well it fits. I'm sure each persons experience is different. My wedding is July 8.
