I went today and picked a new dress. Again, but technically they said you can exchange up to your date so lol. I didn't like the back or the straps on my old dress, but at the same time I think I just didn't like the mermaid style as much as i thought. So i went today and swapped again for my ballgown! I'm super excited. It wasn't the greatest with masks and everything being super regimented, but it was worth it because I'm actually happy with my dress again. Also pockets!

    Thanks! It actually fit almost perfectly - she suggested taking the waist in, and they might have to do some more if I keep up my exercise and healthy eating! But I love it.

    I remember the first one! Did u already have the first one altered? Now that our wedding went from April to August to next April, I find myself wanting a 2nd dress. Feels so wasteful but I can’t stop thinking about it! Going on Monday to try some on. Lord help me.

    I did, but they still let me exchange it. I don't know if they would have limited me - when I got my elopement dress, I tried on like 12 lol. This time it was 3, but I kind of knew after that one lol. I say go look! It's made me excited all over again.

    Wow I’m shocked they let u exchange an altered dress. That’s awesome for u tho!!! I still love my dress (although I’ve gained weight in this pandemic and now it doesn’t fit!) but I’m considering buying a reception dress. The dress I purchased is a trumpet and it’s like molded to my body. Thinking of getting a ball gown for the reception so I can move and sit comfortably lol.
