Totally understand that! We picked a combo that our baker had never done and it was amazing and will be our cupcakes Strawberry cake with Passionfruit buttercream - we will also have keylime cupcakes with key lime buttercream

That sounds like a yummy combo! I didn’t expect to like the combo we chose either: white cake, two layers chocolate Bavarian cream and one layer baked apples.

I love the way you did this. We got mini muffins for ours, so we did something similar - break it down and mix and match!
