I picked up my gown the other day and it fits and it’s beautiful but every time I look at my fitting pictures, it just doesn’t seem that great. Has anyone felt like I do before the wedding? I don’t feel like a beautiful bride just in the dress. I’m nervous but I hope that changes when I have my hair...

I picked up my gown the other day and it fits and it’s beautiful but every time I look at my fitting pictures, it just doesn’t seem that great. Has anyone felt like I do before the wedding?

I don’t feel like a beautiful bride just in the dress. I’m nervous but I hope that changes when I have my hair done, hair colored to my preferred dark brown, my makeup done, my veil, and my flowers.

Wow - I normally never comment on wedding dress pictures, but your dress is absolutely gorgeous - one of the most beautiful I’ve seen! You look amazing in it. This is the type of dress that will look timeless 50 years from now.

I didn’t feel that way when I was at my fitting either but I think it’s because I didn’t have my hair or makeup done the way I’m going to have it done.

If you wanted, you could have extra details added onto the dress. Or you could buy a belt if you don't want anything too permanent. I think the veil will make a huge difference. There are so many accessories you could add too. There is plenty of hope to get the look you want.
But I love that dress for it's classic look with a modern twist.

Update: (hopefully everyone can see this)
I FELT SO BRIDAL!!! When everything came together, I had that moment in the mirror. I felt so amazing. I HOPE THIS DISCUSSION HELPS ALL THE BRIDES. I might start a new one about my whole Experience
