Looks like you could buy one of those head crowns maybe except put it through your dogs head instead of on it.

You probably could just look for a wreath or head piece and just put that around your dog's neck. I've made all our flowers out of crepe paper, and made a few flowers for my dog as well - I just wired them onto an old collar that already has a cute bow on it - that could be an option as well, and you'd know that it would fit.

Cute!! And I found a tutorial for you! I’m super surprised it’s just a wreath and not wrapped around a dog collar. If you’re creative and coordinated, maybe you want to get a slim, green dog collar and wrap the florals around that instead (I liken this to decorating a hat for the Kentucky Derby! 😁). I think you can “sew” with thread or use wire to attach a veil, just be mindful of placement if you are opening and putting the collar around the dog’s neck rather than pushing his head through. You may want to have your dog practice wearing it a few times before the big day so he/she isn’t nervous about it. I know whenever we bring home new bandanas it takes a little time for our dog to warm up to each one. 😁

I made a flower girl crown that's similar and you could easily use the same materials. I used brown paper wrapped floral wire, floral tape, floral wire, hot glue, and leaves and flowers. I made loops on the ends because there will be long ribbon hanging to tie it together! You could attach the veil to the back.
