Does/is anyone planning to just wear their wedding rings after marriage?

No I never wear my ring unless we go out, once we get married I'll wear my band all the time but the e-ring stays somewhere safe most of the time

I'm the opposite. Most days I just wear my engagement ring. I didn't want to even get a wedding band but my mom swore I would have a doomed marriage if I didn't buy one.

I will always wear both. My e ring is gorgeous and he paid good money so to me it just seems silly and like a waste to not wear it

I am the opposite, too. I doubt I will wear my wedding band much.

I'll probably wear the wedding band at work. With my job I go into a lot of peoples homes. And sometimes not in the best neighborhoods. I still don't wear my engagment ring unless I know I'll be in the office

I plan on wearing both. I love my engagement ring. And I'll love my wedding band just as much. I think FH would be a little disappointed if I didn't wear it all the time.

Plus it's the only 2 pieces of jewelry he'll ever buy me so I gotta make sure I enjoy them as much as possible!!

The band stays on my finger 24/7, but the engagement ring is only on when I leave the house. It's too bulky to wear all the time.

I've already spoken with FH about this. While we are engaged, he wants me to wear my engagement ring. However, after the ceremony, I will only wear my wedding band.

I plan to wear the wedding band and engagement ring together as much as possible other than sleeping, shower, cleaning. If I'm going to do some outdoor activities or travel somewhere where I will just do mostly activities, I will just wear the band. The e-ring will come with me otherwise

I'm getting a band that goes with the engagement ring, and won't look right on its own. So I'll be wearing both, as a set. Only time I won't wear it is when I'm in a show, and the ring is not appropriate for my character (which, frankly, is almost always).

I really like wearing them separately. I love them both, but individually. Sometimes I wear the band and sometimes the e-ring, but rarely both together. It's just preference.

I'm going to be doing the opposite in a way. I'm not even going to wear a band. My e-ring is the most special thing to me (plus the e-ring band is 6mm wide and covered in diamonds so I say it doubles as both).

My e-ring was my dream ring and it was bought at a jeweler's directly above where we first met. To me, a band can't replicate that. We visit there on every special occasion and he even proposed at that location so it has a different meaning and is much more of a promise of our past, present, and future. The band is just a band to me. Personal preference.

I plan to wear both, but I get that it can really depend on the shape (or bulkiness, as someone said above) of the engagement ring. My FH picked out the engagement ring and the only advise I have him was that I wanted it to be something I could wear everyday. So, he chose a ring that doesn't get in my way day-to-day. If it was something much bulkier or uncomfortable, I might not be so keen to wear it.

My pear e ring doesn't lend itself well to a "stand alone" wedding band. It'll need worn as a set. Since I'm a nurse and tend me to be hard on my hands, we are getting a straight diamond band for me to wear alone if I wish.

My wedding band is more like an enhancer, so it fits around my e-ring and can't really be worn alone, so I will be wearing both. I do have an alternate wedding band though that is a simple white gold band to wear in certain occasions that I don't want to wear my diamond (to the beach, or when I am catering or if I will be getting my hands dirty).

My e ring was exactly what I wanted, thanks to one of my BMs lol so I wanted a ring that I could wear every day, and not get in my way. So when we are married, I'll wear both.

I hardly ever wear my e ring because I am a work from home mom. I cut my toddler once with it...so no more! But I am sure I will rock one of my two wedding bands.

FH designed my e ring and it's a unique setting. I was actually just asking him when we were going to visit the shop to design my wedding band to go with it (nothing standard would fit with my ring). I'm not sure what the wedding band will look like yet, but I'm planning to wear both.
