Does this dress fit a Dracula theme?

I think the cut/style of the dress is perfect, but the pattern definitely does not read Dracula. It’s more celestial/boho.

That dress reminds me think more Disney. When I think of Dracula, I think sex and death. A few of Cece's looks are that type of sexy. You can even do vavoom red for blood. Here's a strapless mermaid with blusher veil from the show "Psych".
