You could use the app/website called canva and use a design on there.
You could buy card stock and print them at home

This is what we did, and I love them! They turned out perfectly. We created a design for our RSVP Card, our Invitation, and our Reception Details card on Canva.com. I think the total cost of all supplies was $80.00 for card stock (we did the shimmery gold card stock) and then 200 envelopes and return envelopes. My mom and dad did let us use their printer, so I am not sure how much ink you would need to use, but for 200 invites, 200 rsvp's and 200 reception cards we didn't go through a whole thing of ink. I did also be sure to choose a design that was not so color heavy, but I had red, black and gold in the designs. With everything included in our envelopes, we were able to buy regular cheaper stamps. Overall, they worked out great and we have been receiving a lot of compliments, specifically on the beautiful paper Smiley xd .

We’re doing our own invitations, actually purchased the paper & envelopes ( was cheaper than card stock +envelopes) and printed on them and than added a bow. Their are so many options now days! Could always purchase certain paper and do cut outs for the over lay/ folder to make them look fancier too.

I did Paper Culture and was really happy with it! They were decently priced, you can DIY completely or use one of their templates and the paper is eco-friendly and they plant a tree in your honor for each order.

If you are not set on making your own, you might try Ann’s Bridal Bargains. I just ordered mine from there w/rsvp and thank you cards and the cost was around $60 total... a lot cheaper than other sites that was closer to $250-300.

We designed ours through Vistaprint. I would suggest signing up for their emails as they always have sales. We were able to get 70 invitation suites for less than $100!

I bought a CD that was make your own. I put it in my computer and they have different designs to choose from. I got it from one of the craft stores. In total we spent about $25, envelopes, paper, ink and stamps.

It does depend on if you want to print at home versus use a company. I designed our own entirely via vistaprint and used them to print them and was really thrilled with my whole experience ! But I used vistaprint’s software to design (very user friendly!) so I had to print with them versus at home ...that said, it worked great for me. I was very pleased with their paper options and print quality !

The website https://www.weddingchicks.com/ has FREE wedding suites that you can choose from in all different designs (they include the invitation, RSVP card, menu cards, details card, and a couple other options). You can customize the words and buy the kind of card stock you want and print them at home or at a business store like staples, kinkos, officemax...etc.

I did my own using photoshop. Printed them on the stock I wanted, added a doily cover and some string. I will warn you about using twine though, it has oil in it that ruined these so I have since had to re-do them with a fabric string but the overall look is still the same as these.

If you go onto etsy they have ready made templates that oftentimes you can edit within any web browser! So no fancy photoshop or photo editors.
