Does anyone have any suggestions on how a diy video booth?

The Sealpups, on July 18, 2019 at 1:57 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 2 3

I would really like to have a video booth more than a photo booth. I think it's a fun thing to look back on, especially when people drink and record various messages. There aren't many of these in my area. Speechbooth seems like a good company but we don't have $600 to just pay for it. I know you can order a tripod with studio lighting and have a background (and I do have an ipad) but I don't know what kind of software I can use for it and how my ipad would be charging.

Any recommendations? Thanks everyone!

I haven’t used it, but I think there’s an app called videobooth for this specific purpose.

A video booth would be a lot of fun!

I’m sure while the iPad is mounted on the tripod it could be charging. You may need an extension flex if there is no socket close, however, it should be straight forward enough Smiley smile

I don’t have any personal experience with this, however, there is an app on the Apple play store, ‘Videobooth: Digital Guestbook’, which seems to fit what you’re looking for. It isn’t free so I would definitely recommend doing some research before purchasing Smiley smile

I went to a wedding where they had an IPad set up, a few cards people could ask/answer questions — just talk about the groom and bride — whatever they wanted really!! It was cool!
