Does anyone else avoid talking about their wedding??

I never know if talking about my wedding will bother others, so I don't. I am paying the penalty of not being ready now 45 days out. But a few situations have screamed just don't say a word! Is it okay to talk about your wedding, or should we keep it hushed unless others bring it up?

    Luckily, I have friends and family who are as excited as I am, and always want to hear my plans Smiley smile but to other people, especially those not invited, I try to avoid it.

    It's nice to know that I'm not the only one who avoids talking about it. It was pointed out to me that just because I am excited about it and my whole world right now is revolving around the wedding and planning, no one really cares what I DIYed or how much I saved on things. I only really discuss it with the FH or my mom when she asks.

    Oh yea I don't bring it up. Even if someone asks I am very vague. Too many times someone asked and then I go to answer them and BAM were on to the next topic. Like gee thanks for being so interested...not!
