I've heard a lot of great things about DOCs on WW and you guys have seriously convinced me to hire one! I was talking to my FH about it and he seems unsure. I know part of it is probably cost and do we really need one. Which I'm thinking yes! How much are you paying for a DOC? I've started looking...

How much are you paying for a DOC? I've started looking in my area (near Portland, OR) but I have no idea what is a "normal" amount to pay!

I'm in LA and I got quotes anywhere from $1000-$2000.

My DOC is $560 but I have been quoted up to $1200. But Im in the DMV area

Wow; I'm going to consider this as a future occupation. I love weddings and all the stuff that goes into them. I had no idea people would pay that kind of money for a DOC. I'm going to look into are there training programs/classes for this type of thing, or is it all just learned from experience?

Ours comes with our venue. It's about an extra $1,000 for that package but it also included early setup and next day cleanup.

I'm hiring a newbie to the DOC field who just completing her certification and we're paying her $250. If you're comfortable with it, you'll might look for someone who's still starting out.
