Do you think this floral romper is too casual for outdoor summer wedding?

I am attending a few summer weddings, thinking of wearing this romper to one of the more casual, laid back outdoor weddings. I need to be comfortable and need full support, and I thought this would be a good option. I'm a little worried about the length of this, but thinking of pairing with a dresser sandal and making sure my legs are tanned. I'm a size 12-16 depending on the brand, fit, well, you know! I'm also a 38G, so quite busty as well.

Too casual? I need help!

I hoped others could chime in.
There are many outfits that look more leisurely for amusement parks or for something convenient to wear -- maybe tight fitting (but now there are dressy jumpsuits that would be tight fitting but still seen as okay). The pictured romper looks much like a dress such that there is no concern about it looking too casual.
