Do you sleep with your e-ring on?

I took my size 7 engagement ring to the Jewelers yesterday to get it resized and got it back today it fits decently well but I was told to give it time to swell a bit when it gets warmer as it's still 30 in Mass but anyway this is my first night actually being able to wear it to bed without fear...

Do you wear yours to bed or no?

I take mine off to sleep. I read an article that said the sheets and blanket threads can get caught on the prongs and loosen them over time, which can lead to the diamonds falling out.

No. I take it off when I get home because I'm likely lounging with a blanket and I don't wabt the prongs to get caught. My ring is high set so it geys caught on everything

I always sleep with my ring on, I only take it off to cook, clean, and put on makeup. Before we got engaged I told my fiancé I wanted a very functional ring, so I don't have to constantly worry over it. He did great with picking a beautiful ring that was also functional for my day to day life!

No. I never sleep, shower, clean, or workout with my e-ring. However, when I get my band, I'll probably always wear it.

I go to bed with it on most nights. If I don't I put it in the ring box then when I wake my hand goes for my left and I'm like oh my goodness where is! Haha that's why I usually just wear it

I take my off when I sleep in case of it snagging or anything. Just put it on your bedside table and you'll remember to put it on as soon as you wake up Smiley smile

Nope. I wear it when I go out and then take it off when I go home and put it on my ring holder next to my bed. I always take all of my jewelry off at night.

I wear mine to bed. The only time I take it off is showering and cleaning the house.

I... kinda don't have a choice haha my ring is actually a size too big, so it fits really loose, and I'm constantly afraid I'll lose it. I take it off at night, and in the shower, and I keep it somewhere safe whenever I'm using my hands. I've thought about resizing it, but I have really bad nerve damage in my left arm, and sometimes my hand swells up so bad that I literally can't get the ring off. On those days (which are literally about half the time, there is no winning), making the ring any smaller would cut off circulation... and I have no choice but to leave it on while I sleep, because I can't get it off and I can't move my fingers!

Yes, I sleep in mine. The only times it comes off is when I shower or am doing something (mixing with my hands or working in the yard) where my hands will get dirty. Then my fiance puts it back on me. It is our little something Smiley smile

Sometimes. I try to remember to take it off every night since my fingers swell sometimes. I also don't wear it in the shower, while washing my face etc.

My fiancé asked that I don't wear it to sleep. His mother was shocked. But yeah I definitely think your protecting it, getting more life out of the setting.

No, I'm afraid of my side diamonds getting snagged on sheets and coming out.
