Do you sleep with your e-ring on?

I don't wear mine in the shower, bed, or cleaning. I'm afraid in bed it will catch on a blanket and tear the stone out... unlikely.. but I'm paranoid

Yes I almost always have it on. I do take it off when I shower or do dishes.

I don't wear it to bed, while showering,cleaning and sometimes cooking! Lol my FH bought me a little dish a few days after he proposed so I love using it!

I wear my ring while sleeping, though I take it off to shower, do dishes, handle meat, go running or doing martial arts.

Nope. I take mine off before I go to the gym at night and don't put it back on again until the morning. After the gym, I'm cooking dinner, eating dinner, showering and then going to bed. I'm afraid of scratching it on the wall when I'm sleeping so I just leave it off until the morning

Nope, not me. I take my ring off as soon as I get home.

I never take mine off. I've never worried about losing a diamond or damaging it. That's what insurance is for.

FYI- the only thing that can scratch a diamond is another diamond. Diamonds are not that delicate.

I take it off every night. In the morning, I don't put it on until I'm done getting ready.

I only take it off for workouts or if I'm cleaning with any sort of chemical. Otherwise it's always on my finger. But my ring is platinum so I'm not very worried about the diamond falling out.

I never wear it when I sleep, cook, clean, workout, shower or put lotion on. All of those activities can damage it so I just take it off and put it in my ring dish.

Sleep with mine on. I really only take it off to apply sunscreen or lotion

Hell no. I never wear my ring at home. I take it off and put it in its dish. I wear it whenever I go out except at the gym where I wear my enso. Highly recommend btw.

I do not sleep in mine or shower with it (you shouldn't wear it in the shower because the soap and shampoo can damage the stone and ring). I mostly don't wear it in bed because I am a side sleeper and put my hand under my pillow which can cause the ring to put pressure on my finger. I put it on my elephant ring holder and then when I wake up I put it back on. It is honestly up to how you feel though. I do however wear it to bed if we are at a hotel or any place besides our own place.

I never sleep with my rings on. I always remembered a family horror story where my uncle slept with his rings. They were so tight on him he ended up losing circulation in one of them. Almost had to amputate if they couldn't get it off. Not that my ring is super tight but this story makes me paranoid about it.

I don't. Usually when I get home I take it off when cooking and cleaning. My E ring has stones and diamonds around the band and I would hate to lose one in the food or in laundry.
