Do you send vendors Save The Dates & invites?

So me and FH purchased our save the dates and we were wondering if we send save the dates to our vendors and if we don’t is that rude?

You don't need to send them STD or invites. They have your date via the fact you hired them.

No save the dates only go out to invited guests. Vendors are hired for the wedding and will already know your date.

No, that would be an unnecessary expense as they are vendors and already know your date, time, etc.

No, I haven't. I sent our photographer a save the date because she took the picture on it, but no other vendors.

Signing a contract and paying them a deposit should be plenty enough notice for them to “save the date.”

So I get it’s not necessary to send save the dates to vendors but I’ve got a few extra so I thought it would be cute to send to our planner, photographer (she took the photo on it) and venue. Would they find it weird?
