I have. Both my FH and I have access to it, and we linked it to our phones. It's really helpful to have only wedding-related things in there, so we know exactly where to look when we need to look over any info we received. Ours is mylastname.hislastname so we may keep it after the wedding.

Yes, I did and I find it very helpful. You can have multiple emails come to your phone so you don't have to check both separately. I give out my wedding email without reservation (bridal shows, vendors, etc.) and I do not plan to keep it after the wedding.

I am using my "junk" email that I created when I was 11 years old and I move everything actually relevant to my wedding over to my important email.

Do not ditch it immediately after the wedding. A vendor may need to get a hold of you. One of my couples gave the courthouse a wrong mailing address. The courthouse had to contact me for information on them. Fortunately, I had the correct mailing address and an e-mail address.

I created a wedding email! it makes things so much easier. anything wedding related goes directly there.

I made a joint email address for us for wedding planning (and beyond) by smashing our last names together! We've jokingly called ourselves "Team Hislastname Mylastname" so I just used that.

ETA It's a gmail account and I have the app so I get notifications on my phone when we get a message.

I have one and I love it! It's super convenient, it keeps all communication with my vendors in one place. Plus since it's a gmail account I use it to make wedding related google docs that I could share with FH. And I have it set up on my phone so I get a notification when I get an e-mail.
