Do you check in with each other throughout the day?

Always, if I haven't heard from him in a few hours I'll send a text just to see how his day is going, even knowing that it could take another couple hours before he responds. And he does the same, at least once a day when we're apart I'll get a "how's your day going beautiful?" text from him.

We text throughout the day when we have time. It's mostly just sending memes back and forth. When he's traveling, we try to FaceTime once a day.

Yes we do it’s just a habit like second nature. We’ve been doing it ever since we started dating.

We text throughout the day, even just to check in to see how things are going. With my job, he knows that getting a text from him is basically my break from my work, even just for a minute to read the message.

Sometimes but only really when necessary. While my job has lots of downtime, his usually does not.

We chat a lot throughout the day. He recently got a new job so it's been less frequent while he's adjusting to his new work

Sometimes; he can’t have his phone out at work except on breaks and I try to let him has his “me time”, but I’ll send him something! More so when we were long distance/when he was deployed and away from each other overnight or long period of time.

We usually text/call once or twice throughout the day. Even if it’s just to say I love you or miss you

Sometimes. It depends on our schedules and if anything important is going on but usually we try to talk or text during his lunch break. When I work nights he will sometimes text me during my lunch break if he is awake with our 14 month old.
