Do vendors get escort cards?

Rachel, on July 15, 2019 at 12:57 PM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 5
Are you putting your vendors’ name on escort cards, to be displayed with your guests’ escort cards? Mine will be sitting at a table together, which will have a table number on it. Would you include those with the other guests’ escort cards, or would you just tell them where they’ll be sitting?

No, we aren't. Our caterer sets up a table in the back for vendors, the DJ is the only one who eats in the reception space and they just eat at the DJ table.

We are not. Our vendors are eating before us at a table in the back.

Thanks for pointing that out! I didn't think to ask my reception hall when vendors eat.

We aren't! The dj will probably just eat up at his table. The photographers will probably step into a different room to eat for a break. I am still not sure if the photobooth guy needs a meal since we only have him for 2 hrs and maybe an additional total hour he needs to set up and tear down.
