I finally decided on my invites , which is a huge splurge for us . (pic below) I still haven't found any save the dates I like and I'm so over it. I finally decided on my invites , which is a huge splurge for us . (pic below) I still haven't found any save the dates I like and I'm so over it. I feel like going to Hobby Lobby and just getting cheap ones and calling it a day. My FH tells me just now they have to match the invites. Yea OK like he really knows anything about wedding stationery. But I don't want it to look tacky if I get a cheaper non-matching save the date . So, I emailed the company that is doing our wedding invites and they stated the STD's start at $6.00 ea . Oh my not going to happen , not today!

Add - On : I did google and find a tutorial on how to do the foil stamped. I don't know if I want to take on this project to save a few coins. I'm only sending approximately 23 save the dates to my family and friends only.

Mine do not match. I was going to have them match, but I ended up deciding to go a different route with the invitations.

I love this one too - non magnetic and no picture! It's $2.01 each.

Mine aren't going to match. Our STD was a photo collage of us, then the invites are going to be something simple.

My STDs did not match, either. I DIY'd them on plain white postcards using a border in the same color that I planned to use on my invites. They cost me about $0.39 each to make. I had no idea what my invites would look like at the time.

Mine don't match! We found invites that we like, and they didn't have matching STDs. So we just found something that is kind of in our color scheme that didn't involve 5 billion cheesy photos of us (1 did the job hahaha)/.

Mine will not match. I ordered save the dates before even looking at invitations.
