Maybe you can create a playlist for whichever dj you end up with. That way you still hear the kind of music youd like to hear

I think this list will be helpful.

I've considered a playlist of songs I'd like the DJ to play, but I feel as though a DJ with experience with this sort of music may make for a better overall experience. There are just so many DJs in the Orlando area, it's been hard to narrow things down.

My husband is Russian, and we opted to select songs he liked to provide them to our DJ. His family loved that we had Russian music, mine thought it was a hoot since they've never heard it before.

I do kind of wish the DJ could have been more spur of moment or feeling the crowd, but the guests appeared happy to have their tastes taken into consideration and I bet didn't know we did all the leg work.

Linds that really good to hear! I can start collecting song ideas from my fiance's family! There was a lot of African music at his brother's wedding (not in the same area unfortunately) and his family really enjoyed it!
