Dj during ceremony?

Has anyone else had their dj play for their ceremony? The booking agent made it an option for $75 to hire the DJ to also to the ceremony. I originally thought it was a good idea, but now I'm second guessing. Would I just have the music stop during exchange of vows?

I practice 2-3 hours a day to keep up technique and working on new arrangements. For a wedding ceremony, I work on a beautiful arrangements of a musical selections to make it special and unique for the couple. It's not just the preludes, processional and recessional that my time is invested for a ceremony, but hours of prep work. This is typical of any artist, and you can not really compare the class and elegance of a live artist(s) to that of a recording....
