I did the following:
1. Family Cookbook (gift for reception with 85+ recipes, our family trees, and personalized pages to represent each individual. Gathering the recipes in time, organizing it, ordering it, and proof reading took WAY longer than I thought it would)
2. Wedding invitations (although they were some of the most phenomenal wedding invitations I've seen, they took WAY too long, our house looked like confetti and it was just more tiring than I thought)
3. Mini-figure Star Wars items (we are having a Star Wars theme and I wanted to keep it within our colors and classy. Putting together a Star Wars scene seemed like a great idea, but we are 13 days out and I'm just now finishing the final coats)
4. Flowers (I did a WHOLE bunch of them, then decided I wanted the real thing delivered and ended up wasting money. I'm still bringing the ones I did for the day of coordinator to use, but could have saved the money and time if I hadn't started that process)
I have a lot of personal touches and things we can keep forever that will always remind us of the wedding, but DANG! What have been your projects? Any regrets? Did they take more time than you thought they would? How did they turn out?
I do have to say that I'm happy with all of the project turn outs, though!
Wedding Invitations - Each Invitation Took About 3+ Hours
