Hi everyone! I need help with where to buy stuff for my wedding that's inexpensive. Originally, my parents were paying for our wedding, but after we booked the venue (a very expensive venue they chose), my dad had decided he no longer wants to be a part of my wedding (will no longer come or help with) due to some family drama. So, now since our budget is basically half of what we thought it was going to be, I need ideas for DIY stuff! Any suggestions for places to buy stuff or cheaper alternatives for decor, flowers, etc. would be super helpful!

Southern Blooms Company flowers! Super cheap and look amazing made of wood. I got mine, 5 bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, and 10 dozen loose flowers for around $450 during one of their deals. I did diy centerpieces using them too. Also check our your local facenook market place. My area has a bridal trash and treasure group. cheap favors opt for things people actually want like chocolates. We did caramel corn from a local place. My one friend did Hershey kisses in little chiffon bags. Also Michael's has great deals so sign up for their emails. I'm looking to sell a lot of my stuff right now so depending what you're interested in I may have stuff you like too.diy help! 1

Hobby lobby has 50% off of their wedding stuff every few weeks! That’s where I got most of our wedding stuff. I also shopped sales at Michaels and Joann Fabrics

I agree with PP who recommended Hobby Lobby.

I made bouquets from their fake flowers. They have 50% off floral every few weeks!

They also have some really cute wedding stuff there that is 50% off every few weeks. I got fake flower petals for the aisle. I also got my aisle runner there pretty cheap!

Ikea also has things like vases and candles/candle holders at great prices!

For centerpieces, I bought vases at the Dollar Tree for $1 each and spray painted them with gold glitter paint. They turned out super cute!

We were able to find great stuff at the dollar store to decorate at our reception. We made beautiful centerpieces with there glass candle holders, gems and flameless candles. I think I spent $150 total, including fake flowers.

For stationery (invitations, signs, etc), I used Zazzle. They have very good discount codes quite often. I agree with others about Michaels, Hobby Lobby and Facebook Marketplace. Also, I have been able to find a lot of things on Amazon. Hope you find what you need and enjoy the process.

JoAnn Fabrics, Hobby Lobby, and MichaelsNot sure when your wedding is whether always have between 20% and 60% off. My entire candy buffet table is DIY, and flower girl basket. Among other things. Started last summer.diy help! 3

I'm sorry about the family drama! Oriental trading has some very good deals on DIY wedding supplies. You can find a lot of premade centerpieces on the facebook market place. GOOD LUCK!
