diy Full Bar

Viki, on February 17, 2020 at 1:43 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 3

We have hired bartenders through the catering company, but we are responsible for stocking the bar. We want to do a full bar, with a couple of different mid range liquors, four wine options and three beer options. We're going to have around 200 people at the wedding. Every drink calculator I've look at online gives me a different answer, how many bottle of each should we buy.

Well, what's the average of the different calculators? I'd either go with that or go with whatever one had the most.

This is the numbers I’ve received. Hope it helps. You can adjust for light moderate and heavy drinkers.

Do you think the catering company would be willing to give you some advice based on events they’re catered before? They may have some insights to share!
