DIY Flower Wall

Mine is currently in progress. The advice I have for you is to watch lots of YouTube and give yourself mounds of time. They are time consuming. Also, use hot glue. One the videos they tell you to use craft glue. That shit did not work at all lol.

I am working on a flower petal curtain for my ceremony backdrop. I don't have any pics yet, but let me tell you, start early on any DIY project. Sometimes they take (a lot) longer than you think!

I am not finished I painted the frame gold and will probably cover that with flowers as well. Hot glue gun is necessary!

We did one for our engagement party. Like most have already said, give yourself plenty of time. I finished mine over the course of one week, but I wish I was more patient; The flowers could've came out better if I didn't rush it. It was worth the effort though. Everyone loved it and I had a few bids on it for other parties. (5'x7' wall, I wish I made it wider,too)

Also, what are you placing the flowers on for the wedding? As most venues won't allow you to tape or glue to the walls.

Ours won't be on a wall, but I'll be attaching them to the top of an archway of some sort. You might want to think about using some sort of foam insulation board from Home Depot or something and propping that up somehow.
