We're having a non-religious Disney themed ceremony and I wrote our vows using only Disney quotes (trying to stray far away from any sort of traditional things). I'd really like your opinions/suggestions/edits, it doesn't feel quite right to me. I will post in the comments below since I cannot seem...

I'd really like your opinions/suggestions/edits, it doesn't feel quite right to me. I will post in the comments below since I cannot seem to attach the file and don't have enough characters here.

1) Do you ya'll think I should get this printed onto cards for guests to follow along with?

2) More importantly, I'd like to hear from people who are NOT very familiar with Disney and if you think some guests might not understand any of it.

Absolutely!!! There's lots of vintage disney photos with quotes on the internet that you could use for table "numbers"

I like the ones ladymonk did. I think something like that would go over much better with guests.

I think we are framing vintage movie posters (each frame will be a hint of the movie) for the table names. i was going to frame a bunch of the same quotes used all around the tent for decorations.

@ladymonk thank you! I was hoping someone would clean it up a bit for me. I should have probably mentioned what I posted was my 2nd rough draft, it started just as a list of all the Disney quotes and I kinda threw it all together and got writers block for making it flow.

What if instead of all of them for vows your reader could read some too? She could introduce it as, this reading, along with their vows will be from some of their favorite movies, since he asked her on their first date because of disney... It just seems like a lot of quotes is where my problem is, so maybe reading it just seems longer than actually saying it would.

The thing is this is the entire ceremony, start to finish. we aren't doing personal vows or repeat after me's. but i've playing around with all of your ideas and i think i'll take a lot of them out and whatever i don't use i'll do what the other person suggested and write them on signs going down the aisle...or the first person quotes i couldn't use because we aren't doing any speaking.
