What’s next on your planning checklist?

Next on the to-do list is the next round of wedding dress shopping tomorrow. The past two weeks have been a huge success of nailing out all the details for the men's attire, deciding the bridesmaids dresses color, securing the room blocks, decining where to hold the groom's dinner, found a place for the morning after brunch, placing the order for our wedding cake, planning the favors and finally finalizing the wedding party! 😄

Engagement photos and dress is next! I am so excited! And also so glad I have the venue/caterer booked.

We need to hire a photographer! That's the next thing to check off the list!

We did! We went to the jeweler who made my engagement ring, so we could get something to match. Took about 2.5 hours of back and forth, looking at different options and combinations. Since its a custom piece, I won't really know what it looks like till I pick it up, but he did a great job on my engagement ring, so I'm excited to see how it turns out.

FH also ended up getting a ring made by him, but a much simpler band. More than we originally budgeted for his, but he's happy with decision.

My STDs arrived today! I have to hunt down people to finish my address list so I can send them!! Next on the list is deciding what to do about an officiant.

ETA: Also, FI is requesting that I choose my ring (eee!), and we are going to go on our monthly date and register either this weekend or next. I wonder how I can finagle registering at World Market......

We send our save the dates out in a week!

I ordered my floral today, I still need to get my bustle done on my dress, make a spotify playlist and confirm our guest list, make the seating chart display and make a final payment. A month-ish to go!

Going to look for invitation inspirations and find bridesmaids dresses 😍

Making final payments on vendors and meeting with our officiant (close friend) to go over the ceremony. In 45 minutes it's 5 months till the big day! 150 days!!!
I'm getting butterflies the size of eagles. It finally feels real!!

Definitely book a florist!! Just booked our caterer and DJ, and that is our last big expense (THANK GOODNESS))

Only thing left to book is DJ. Then we have to secure our hotel blocks. Going to our venue showcase next week and next month we are getting with designer at the venue to start planning!

We need to start packing for our honeymoon, pack for the wedding weekend, order the rest of the food for lunch on wedding day, and write all of our thank you notes to our bridal party! Not long now!
