Wedding day timeline

Jennifer, on March 27, 2017 at 9:42 PM Posted in Planning 0 5

Okay everyone this is the wedding day timeline that I could come up with. Now before you say anything I only have my photographer for two and a half hours so if it seems a little oddly timed that is the reason why. This is the best that I personally could come up with all things considering I was just wanting to see if maybe I overlooked something or if the order of things were really off thanks in advance for the suggestions

The order seems fine. That's essentially what my timeline is. But you'll have to be super strict on time. An extra five minutes anywhere and you won't get your first dance photographed.

If I were you. I'd pay for another hour of photography.

If that's not possible, skip the getting ready pictures. Move the first look up to 4pm and do bridal party at 4:30

Looks good to me. I assume you wanted to make sure the photographer was still there for the first dance so it looks like you made the most of your time. If you have a professional DJ they may be able to advise you on the timeline for the reception events. If the MOH and BM are giving toasts that needs to be added.

It looks like a good sequence. My only worry is that if you're having a Bridal Party Entrance and Grand Entrance before the First Dance to kick off the reception, you're going to need about 5 - 10 minutes to gather everyone and line them up in the right order. Make sure to inform your bridal party of your expectation of them to be where at exactly what time, and remind them during the rehearsal dinner so they are on their mark for the Entrance.

    I hope that helps!

You need a break between cake and garter. It'll have to be served somehow and everyone will be busy eating and not see it.
