WASH OR DONT WASH HAIR MORNING OF WEDDING?!

Washing it the night before. That's what my stylist told me to do.

I'm washing it the morning of! My stylist told me to wash my hair that morning and blow dry it straight for her to work with. Also, I HAVE to shower in the morning. If I don't, I just don't feel right.

They are right! your naturally oils will hold it in place better if you can refrain from showering .

My hair takes a while to get oily so ill probably wash it two days before the wedding to give it enough oil to hold its shape. Otherwise its super fine and wont hold any style. Ill just have to wear a shower cap or something to shower the day before the wedding

I would ask your stylist...he/she may have a preference depending on how you are doing your hair and the type of hair you have

It depends on your hair and the style you want - ask whoever is doing your hair.

Everytime I have an updo done they wash it at the salon anyway. By the time they put all the product into it to make it hold, it's sufficiently dirty.

If she wants is washed, I will let her wash it and style it.

Just ask the stylist. Most preferred unwashed. But they can dirty it up with products if needed.

I get oily. I HAD to wash my hair. It would have been a slippery, icky mess if I hadn't washed it. There is plenty of product to gunk it up without it being dirty. But then some people can go a week without washing their hair and it looks great, so I would say, it just depends on your hair.

For my afternoon wedding, I wouldn't shower the morning of because of time. I like to sit in the shower for a while and steam it up.... and that's not great for the girls that need to be in the bathroom to do makeup, plus my hair holds best after not showering for about 24 hours, so I'll probably shower the morning before

I have to shower in the morning or else I feel gross. My stylist wants blow dried hair so I'll be showering and doing that before our appointments from 9-11 for my 3:30 wedding.

I'm washing my hair around 5:00 P.M. the day before, will be wearing a shower cap to shower and shave the morning of the wedding.

My stylist specifically told me and all my girls to wash our hair. I think it's a preference. I have super fine hair that gets greasy after one day, and she used enough hair spray and teasing powder that my hair stayed perfect even though I washed it in the morning.

My hair gets so greasy within a day so I need to wash otherwise I'll feel so gross. My stylist told me that was fine and she'll just dirty it up with product when she gets there.

I'm a very oily person. I've got to wash the morning of or I'll look like a grease ball!

I'm washing my hair the night before. I usually take showers in the evening, not morning so I'll just be following my usual routine.

My stylist told me to wash it the morning beforehand and lay low on the product as much as possible. More important she said to go natural (I have VERY curly hair when it's not sculpted by a blow out) and now get it blown straight. She said it makes it easier to work with and, for my thick hair, requires less bobby pinning.
