Ok, so this happened Wednesday night. I called a lawyer that had handled a previous case for me. Well, I told him what happened. He took all the information and said to give him a few days. Well it was sooner than I expected. She (the owner) said that she was VERY sorry that this had happened and would be willing to do what ever it took to fix it. I told him I was very uncomfortable going back. He called her back and she agreed to a settlement. All in all she said she was willing to pay for extensions which usually run about $1000. So he is going to give me a little more than half of that. With the exception that I keep her business name out of the public.
But I can tell you this... I went to Van Michaels salon in buckhead. I was referred to Nilan. She was SUPER sympathetic and fixed the damage (the best she could). I went to my bachelorette party last night and ended up at Swinging Richards. I got complements the whole night on how fab my hair was! Ill try to attach a pic.
