This dress and those shoes ... yay or nay?

OMG that was my runner up dress I loved it but I didn't feel like a bride in it...I would go with a simpler shoe i feel like it will take away from the dress! The shoes are nice though just not with the dress

I love the shoe and your dress is gorgeous! I myself would probably go with a shoe that isn't lace. Its almost too much, but either way you will be gorgeous. Who really pays attention to shoes anyways?

I was thinking of going with a colored shoe the same color as my MOH's dress, but I can't seem to find the right dyeable shoe that really gets my attention, plus my MOH dress color is hard to match...booo.

It may be just a little too repetitive. But I totally understand about not being able to find a perfect shoe! It only makes it 5 million times harder looking for wedding shoes, those are the most important shoes in your life!

Does anyone have suggestions? I'm willing to see what others think might go that I didn't think about before.

I went through 4 pairs of shoes until I found the one. The problem was that I didn't return any of them . LOL Im terrible about returning anything. I hate the hassle, with that being said, keep looking. You will find them and don't settle. I know shoes aren't really seen on your wedding day, but you want to love everything down to your nail polish.

Can you show us the color...maybe we can help?

The MOH dress is in Misty Blue. This is the dress she's wearing (but without the flowers - my seamstress is taking them off during alterations). Its a pretty hard to pin down color! haha --- I recently bought a swatch, but I'm afraid people won't be able to match it.

Wow... I love this color. Your BM dresses are beautiful. Yes, it isn't going to be easy but we can try.

I wouldn't do a lace shoe. My dress is all lace as well and I'm doing a shoe the same color as one of my wedding colors (my favorite color), Blue!! Get a show that is simple if you can't find one or get one the same color as your BM dresses.

@newlife84 - I've been trying, haha! Actually, that was my initial plan, but I was getting so frustrated and thought maybe I should go the route in the picture in my OP.

My MOH dress is hard to pin down and nothing matches it. It sometimes looks blue/sometimes green so I was getting frustrated and losing faith that I'd find something.

Thanks, ladies for telling me I should wait for the perfect shoes and really look at places that might match my swatch, too?

Those shoes are gorgeous! The color is hard ... I'm trying not to get discouraged. I might have to see if someone can really match my MOH dress color. Fingers crossed.
