Cake inspiration! And tell us what flavors you have. This is ours. We're doing 3 tiers instead of 4, so just imagine without the top tier. We're also doing one orange rose on each tier. The bottom and top layers are white cake with strawberry filling and the middle layer is chocolate with chocolate...

This is ours. We're doing 3 tiers instead of 4, so just imagine without the top tier. We're also doing one orange rose on each tier. The bottom and top layers are white cake with strawberry filling and the middle layer is chocolate with chocolate mousse filling. We're doing a whipped frosting instead of a buttercream or fondant, which I'm super excited about!

All of these cakes are gorgeous!!! Makes me think of reconsidering our cupcake plan. We will be tasting cupcakes this weekend. Trying to decide on flavors.... Definitely going with the dulce de leche (similar to caramel), maybe a pina colada, there is flan, tres leches, banana nutella bread pudding, and I might go with amaretto and pineapple. Okay, maybe I just want to taste lots of cupcakes! Can't wait!

Inspiration pic...may change the flower colors up a little to better match the other flowers in wedding, but over all this is it.
bottom tier- traditional white
middle tier- raspberry
top tier- red velvet

This is similar to what we want...tulips but not on top since that is where our cake topper will be...and purple tulips

I don't even like cake. But when we went for the tasting FH made me try it. OMG it was sooo good. So I actually can't wait to have a piece of my cake.
I will actually have 1 more tier than the pic shows. I was going for something simple. We will have a different topper.

The top is the inspiration, the bottom is our actual cake. We had carrot cake for the bottom layer and red velvet for the top.
