TheFutureMrsLind, on April 13, 2011 at 12:51 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 37

Here is a re done version of my make-up. This one is very much improved I think. Again, give me some advice and pointers please??

I took your previous advice and applied it to the second try Smiley smile Let me know what else I can do to improve it this time.

Thanks!

Looks a lot better (you look pretty!)...are you going to use fake eyelashes on your wedding day to make your eyes "pop?"

Thanks! Yeah, I probably will go with the false eyelashes on the actual day. I need to do a test run with those too, actually. I'll try and do that tomorrow. What kind would you recommend?

False lashes - Salon Perfect #53 - add some mascara and they look sooo natural with added length and fullness. Sold at wal-mart and any drug store

I don't think you need the false lashes, but that looks MUCH better! I think you need a bit more color on your lips, but other than that, looks good.

TheFuture- A lady at my work told me if you don't get false eyelashes you might regret cuz it really makes pictures look beautiful on your wedding day..(i have never ever worn fake eyelashes in my life but plan to on my wedding day) lol...but I am having my MUA put them on..I am not sure what he will be using.. but looks like Ashley found the perfect kind that she recommends Smiley smile. Your eyes look pretty so I know they will look great! Let me know how it turns out! .. Smiley smile

I recommend false lashes only because I love them Smiley smile and they make your eyes pop even more. Plus...they are only like $2.00 per pair (depending on the kind you get)

I was thinking about doing these false eye lashes: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8a-C5aOYZOQ

They're demi, so (*I* think) are easier to apply and look more natural, but still give you the extra flare.

A hundred times better! Your eyes really pop now, and your skin looks so creamy and smooth. As to your lips, I think I agree with Meghan. You have very full lips (totally Angelina-style), and you could play them up a bit more if you went a little pinker on the lips maybe.

I think you need some more color on your lips to make them "pop" possibly the eye lashes but I really like your eye make up!

Much better. But a professional photog's camera will pick up every flaw.

So I would invest in a full coverage, photo ready foundation. Plus having a higher pigmented eyeshadow so it doesn't look washed out on film.

I'm not saying this in a mean way at all- But I would try taking some pictures with "normal" faces (for yourself to look at). As in smiling and looking natural. Only because (I'm hoping, anyway) that's how you'll look on your wedding day and in wedding pictures. When I was trying new lip color and gloss for my wedding day I tried smiling in the mirror and took pictures of myself smiling because that's how I'm going to look in wedding pictures. Same with foundation, it changes when you smile because of the creases in your face, around your mouth, eyes, etc. Just my opinion.

I think you def need more color on the lips and would think about a little more color on the eyes, all i see is the liner and lashes. It doesnt look like anything more than everyday makeup

I think the eyes look great and fake lashes will really make them pop! I would add a little more color to the lips. Not much ^ something like the pic above. Other than that, looks awesome. Smiley smile
