My wedding starts at 4:00pm with a cocktail hour to follow. What is the order of events for your reception? What time should things be happening

Mine starts at 5. Were assuming 30 mins for ceremony, 45 for Pictures afterwards while our guests enjoy lawn games, appetizers, and music, then everyone is seated around 6:30, Mr. And Mrs. Are introduced at 6:45 and we go straight into our first dance. Everyone eats, we have parent dances, everyone dances, we cut the cake, dance some more, and then the sparkler send off by 9:30. Its still a work in progress!
