My first choice of my maid of honor, we had a discussion because she wasn't sure if it was going to work out with her nursing school and stuff and everything was fine. So I asked my second choice maid of honor and she also said she has too think about it....This isn't how I pictured this to go. Just gotta believe everything will work out by my date August 10th 2019!

Did you tell your second choice MOH that she was your second choice? That could have something to do with it.
Blunt time: you are asking waaay too early. Wait until December or January. August 2019 is a long ways away, I could not commit to someone this soon myself.
