Here's mine, pretty much the only DIY I've done so far!

Thanks! I wanted a picture of it with my saddle, and I'm not lugging the saddle down to the wedding to have the photographer do it!

Here's ours! The only DIY I have done so far.

It started as a black, steel mailbox. My FH spray painted it copper and I painted the ivory branches and leaves.

Miss to Mrs- no the horse shoes are just propped up against the mailbox. The saddle is my good saddle (less than 6 months old) so no, not connected! It won't go to the wedding either.

I just bought a plain white standard card box and plan to paint it up all cute. you guys make me feel like i seriously under estimated how awesome it could be.

You can't see it in the picture, but the top of the taller box has a slot cut into the book box so that people can put the cards in.

There's also a sign that can sit either on top or next to on table that says "thank you"

@ringtail - You used the same book boxes I did. I was going to make one that looked similar to yours but cutting those boxes was too hard so I just used two and had them standing vertical.
