John and Lisa met while working at Fenway Park on August 6, 2010. John had just returned to work from a vacation in the Dominican Republic and Lisa returned to work after taking a few days off. They were both assigned to work at the stand LC-4, which was the first and only time Lisa ever worked there. (this is why they believe that they were meant to be, it was fate) At the end of the night John asked Lisa for her number and invited her to go to a party the following weekend. Lisa didn't want to wait until the weekend so she texted John that night and asked to hangout sooner. After the first "hang out" and the first date, Lisa and John immediately hit it off. After about a month of dating and many fun dates that included mini-golfing (which Lisa won)a Bruins game, kayaking and the zoo, on September 1, 2010, at about 2:00am, John asked Lisa to be his girlfriend.
